I am running for Full-Time WSIB Representative because members deserve someone who will listen, respond, and stand with them when they need support most.
WSIB and workplace injury claims can be stressful, confusing, and overwhelming. Members should never feel alone when dealing with benefits, return-to-work issues, documentation, or fair treatment.
After 25+ years at Ford, I understand the work, the pressure, and the physical demands our members face every day. Through my 6 years as your WSIB Alternate Representative, I have seen how important it is for injured workers to have clear guidance, strong advocacy, and someone who will help them understand their rights.
As a Licensed Ontario Paralegal, I also bring legal training, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of documentation, procedure, and fair treatment.
This role matters. When members are dealing with WSIB, return-to-work issues, or difficult decisions, they should never feel alone.

Over the past 6 years as a WSIB Alternate Representative I have worked with members facing workplace injuries, medical restrictions, return-to-work challenges and complex claim issues.
